Golfers and celebrities joined with UFC at Lakeside Golf Club and helped raise over $150,000 to help local foster youth. Sponsored by Richard Merkin, M.D./Heritage Provider Network and Co-Sponsored by the John W. Carson Foundation, the 7th annual tournament offered participants a full day of golf with friends and colleagues, followed by cocktails, buffet dinner, awards and prizes. First place and longest drive winners went home with Club Glove travel bags and Keurig coffee makers and the grand prize raffle winner will enjoy a two-night golf/spa package at The Resort at Pelican Hill.

Sponsored by Dick Merkin/Heritage Provider Network, the event raised nearly $200,000 for UFC's programs. Golfers enjoyed a day at Oakmont Country Club in Glendale, while supporting local foster youth. Host Mario Lopez handed out awards to the tournament winners - the teams of Michael Schulman, Avery Dennison and Wells Fargo Foothill. Special prizes and giveaways included Club Glove travel bags, Keurig coffe makers, and Callaway golf bags. Participants also bid on the chance to win an exclusive golf getaway to the fabulous Pelican Hill Resort.

UFC held its 5th annual Celebrity Golf Classic on October 5, 2009 at Lakeside Golf Club presented by Heritage Provider Network. UFC supporters enjoyed a wonderful day of golf in beautiful weather, followed by dinner and an awards presentation. Prizes included Kings tickets donated by Warner Bros. and a golf trip to Las Vegas from Harrah’s Entertainment.

Over 100 UFC supporters and celebrities enjoyed a day of golf and much more at El Caballero Country Club on October 20,2008. Golfers enjoyed the Golf Comedy Tour during dinner with comedians Jackie Flynn, Tom Pappa and Tom Dreeson. Special prizes included Nespresso machines, Southwest Airlines tickets and Lobster Direct dinners.
