Relationships

We stay connected with our graduates via email and phone and in person meetings if you drop by our office. Events and activities held throughout the year provide the opportunity to stay in touch with UFC and other sponsorship students and provide great networking opportunities.

Financial Support

UFC offers fifth year funding to all Sponsorship students who complete their undergraduate program in four years to help ease the  transition into post-college lives. Funds can help you pay for LSAT and GRE prep classes, furniture for your new apartment, and provide security deposits, as well as other related expenses.

Career Services

Graduates can continue an ongoing relationship with UFC's Career Development Manager, receiving guidance and support. Resume and job search assistance, interview preparation, internship support, and career building activities and workshops are all designed to help you not only find and maintain employment but continue to broaden and enhance your career path.

Events + Activities

Events and activities held throughout the year can provide you with the opportunity to reconnect with your sponsorship classmates and UFC staff as well as meet the new sponsorship recipients. It's a great time to give back and provide valuable tips and advice to new students in our program.  From social events to serving on student panels at orientation, these events help provide the UFC family unit students remainly so strongly connected to.

youth advisory board

The board is comprised of Sponsorship Alumni and is helping to shape College Sponsorship programming by alumni offering input on what students need to be successful in college. Your advice is critical on how to improve UFC services and ways to build UFC’s College Sponsorship community.

I have finally returned to Los Angeles again, this time with a newly minted MBA! Job hunting though is a bit tough right now, as you can imagine. I want to thank you for all of your help. I would not be here if it wasn't for you and UFC!”
