Pasta
Ingredients:
1 jar of marinara sauce
Noodles from a box
Butter
Parmesan Cheese

Bring a pot of water to boil (cook on high). Reduce the heat slightly, add a pinch of salt, 1/3 of the box of noodles and cook for 10 minutes. At around minute 8, add 1/3 of the jar of pasta sauce to a small pot and SIMMER on low heat. After ten minutes, turn off the heat. Strain out the water from the noodles and return to the pot. Place a small piece of butter in the pot with the noodles. Place noodles in a pasta bowl and add sauce and cheese. Now you have a great dinner!

Mac & Cheese With Beef
Ingredients:
Kraft Mac & Cheese
1/3 Cup of Milk
Butter
1 lb. Extra Lean Ground Beef
Salt & Pepper

Follow the directions for making the mac & cheese and, in the meantime, slice the package of beef into 3 equal parts. Take 2 of the parts and wrap separately in tinfoil and freeze (these will be for future meals). Heat a frying pan over medium heat and add one section of meat. With a spatula, break up the meat (it’ll cook faster this way) and flip it over so it cooks thoroughly. After draining the noodles and adding them back to the pan, add the milk, butter and cheese and stir on simmering heat (low). After it starts to mix, add the meat and stir. Put into a bowl and add salt and pepper to taste.

Mini Pizzas
Ingredients:
English muffins
1 small jar of marinara sauce
Mozzarella cheese

Take a muffin and split in two. Add about 2 tablespoons of sauce on each muffin and grated mozzarella cheese. Place the muffins in the oven and put on bake/broil. It’ll take 2 minutes to cook, but watch carefully as toaster ovens vary!
