I have experience and familiarity with trauma-informed care, harm reduction, and positive youth development, especially in work supporting transitional-aged youth experiencing housing instability. My approach is grounded in accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement, and I believe strong programs come from clear communication and collaboration.
