I am a first-generation college student. I attended California State University Northridge, receiving my Bachelor of Psychology. After completing my undergrad, I earned a Master of Science in Leadership in higher education from Pepperdine University. While at Pepperdine, I created a program for families of children with exceptionalities to help them gain the academic and emotional support to enter higher education. I enjoy creating partnerships with youth in my community to reach their educational and career goals. My passion for supporting students began at Los Angeles Mission College. Working within the Extended Opportunity Program and Services (EOP&S), I learned about different resources and programs to support my students’ academic journey and careers.
