Jevonne Shepherd is a CPA and trusted advisor to clients in a variety of industries and sectors. She holds a BA from UCLA, an MBA from California State University, Northridge, and is a May 2024 J.D. Candidate at the University of West Los Angeles School of Law. Jevonne was previously a Foster Mother to her then-Foster Daughter, a Senior in High School, who went through UFC’s program, subsequently graduating from UCLA in 2020. Jevonne is active in diversity organizations such as the National Association of Black Accountants (NABA), National Society of Black CPAs (NSBCPAs), and Black Women Lawyers of Los Angeles (BWL-LA). She has served as the President of the National Black MBA Association-Los Angeles Chapter and represented the organization at the White House and Capitol Hill in 2023. Additionally, she serves on the Accounting and Financial Women’s Alliance Foundation National Board and mentors young women pursuing a career in Finance and Accounting. Jevonne lives with her family in the San Fernando Valley and is passionate about being impactful in the lives of others.
