Karen Fraggi

Karen Fraggi obtained her Master of Science in Counseling Psychology from Mount St. Mary’s University in 2018. Since then, she has gained clinical experience working with court mandated youth and youth with disabilities. Karen utilized play therapy and CBT with a humanistic, strengths-based approach, as well as integrating trauma-informed care when appropriate. Additionally, Karen has experience working hands on with young adults on the autism spectrum, guiding them to maximize their social and life skills for a more independent, resilient quality of life. She is excited to expand her knowledge and experience to the community of current and former foster youth, empowering them on their journey of self-sufficiency and success.

 

In college, Karen was a scholar-athlete and played NCAA D1 softball for four years. She enjoys playing and watching all sports. On Karen’s free time, she likes to work-out, listen and make music, and go to the beach. She likes to travel to the outdoors to snowboard and wakeboard. Most importantly, she enjoys being a mother to a teenage boy- Mason, and 2 dogs- Harley Quinn and Joker.
