Maurice James has been a part of the United Friends family for almost 20 years and is proud to serve on the NexGen Board. He also volunteers with Network for Teaching Entrepreneurship (NFTE) helping teaching entrepreneurship to underserved youth.
Maurice graduated from Columbia University with a degree in A.I. Computer Science and also holds an MFA from the Stark Producing Program at the University of Southern California School of Cinematic Arts.
Maurice currently is the Head of Development and Strategy at the LA Times Studios, and just recently started doing stand-up comedy because we all pandemic differently.
