“Hi again! My name is Vanessa Garcia Pedroza for those of you that don’t know me. I am extremely blessed and excited to be given the opportunity to work with UFC again. It has been a bit more than a year since I have been away but while I’ve been away, I’ve perfected my skills as a barista as I have been working part-time at a local coffee shop in Buena Park. I’ve also worked as a coach for a sports enrichment program and as a substitute clerk for an elementary school district in Anaheim. I am looking forward to reconnecting with everyone and to embark on this new adventure as the Print Center Coordinator. In my free time enjoy watching Asian dramas/movies, exploring new coffee shops, cooking new recipes, and going to concerts/music festivals with my younger sister. I have been consistent with going to the gym 4 to 5 times a week before or after work at either 6AM or even 10PM. I’m hoping to be able to travel more and take on some new hobbies such as pottery and picking up on my Korean studies again. Looking forward to working with you and growing this new role!”
